What is "cool"? Is it something you do or say, or is it an attitude? Is it an act of defiance, or is it joining in? How are "cool" media images presented to us in a way that shapes our values?

Cool tells the story of four teenagers who are exploring their identities thourhg the images they take on and the roles they project. Cindy and Edwardo project the ideal "cool" image. Emma strives to be recognized by becoming a model and Joe is an individualist, purusing his own unique path. Through their interactions, these young people find out more about themselves and find the courage to step outside the restrictions of the roles in which they've been immersed.
