Green Thumb Theatre is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Tour Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Tour Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of all Green Thumb touring school shows, workshops, tour planning and logistics, and any ancillary activities related to those accountabilities.

The Sales & Tour Manager works collaboratively with other Green Thumb staff members: with the Artistic Director, General Manager and Company Manager on tour strategy; the General Manager to approve sales strategies; and the Development and Outreach Officer to align annual tour and sales strategies with society development and outreach activities.

The Sales & Tour Manager provides professional support (including but not limited to contract preparation, invoicing, and scheduling) to the Artistic Director, General Manager and Board of Directors, and acts as an advocate for Green Thumb Theatre to arts professionals, various stakeholders, and the community at large.

The Sales & Tour Manager must be an enthusiastic, results-driven team player. They must be comfortable making sales phone calls to both new and existing school and venue contacts, with a strong focus on building, maintaining, and developing relationships with educators, administrators, venue managers, and sectoral colleagues.
